ChomChom have been designed for Alice, Sky and Earth ToddleeDoo Bento Heads and ToddleeDoo Body: it may fit other heads (or body) but I can't guarantee it will lay down well on it.
You can find the Applier (with AND without eyebrows)
and the System layers for BOM!
About the double chin: despite the double chin is already available in the current Sky head version, Alice and Earth heads need to be updated to 1.1.1 (or higher - it depends when you're reading this post)
To UPDATE your Head wear the Updater/Redelivery in your folder or visit ToddleeDoo mainstore to access the Redelivery Terminal.
