End User License Agreement (EULA) for TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) Products

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) regarding the use of TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products within the Second Life virtual platform. By accessing or using TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License: TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products within the Second Life platform, running a validly licensed copy of the SECOND LIFE™ VIEWER and/or any other third-party viewers officially endorsed by Linden Lab. This license is solely for the User's personal use and does not extend to any third party.

2. Copyright: TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products, including but not limited to wearable objects, scripts, textures, add-ons, and development files, are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) trademark may not be used without authorization from TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™). Derivative works are only permissible with prior authorization from TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™), using officially distributed files, and solely for the purpose of producing material compatible with the original product. Additionally, any attempt to replicate or reproduce TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products is not permitted and will not be pursued. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized creation of derivative works or reverse engineering will be strictly prohibited and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Disclaimer of Liability: TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) is not responsible for the conduct of its users. Additionally, TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) is not responsible for any secondary damages that may arise due to accidental malfunction (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) or misuse by the User. While TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) endeavors to ensure that its products are safe and functional, the User acknowledges that TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its products or services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

4. User Conduct: The User agrees not to use TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products in any manner that is offensive, violent, or adult-oriented. The User shall not modify, alter, exhibiting, displaying, or perform TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products in a way that violates the terms of service of TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) or Second Life.

5. Termination: TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products or services at any time, without prior notice, if the User breaches any terms of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed under the federal laws of the United States of America applicable therein (without reference to conflicts of laws principles). This Agreement will be governed by The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. Any and all disputes arising out of, under, or in connection with this Agreement, including without limitation, its validity, interpretation, performance, and breach, shall be submitted to arbitration in the State of Illinois, within the United States of America pursuant to the rules of the Arbitration Act in effect at the time arbitration is demanded. If TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) is obligated to go to court, rather than arbitration, to enforce any of its rights or to collect any fees, you agree to reimburse TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) for its legal fees, costs, and disbursements if TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) is successful in obtaining a judgment.

7. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By using TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from using TODDLEEDOO™ (and TWEENEEDOO™) products.

You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of Our Products and their Contents.  This includes Second Life Terms of Service (TOS) and Community Standards (CS).  You must comply with all applicable Terms of Service and Community Standard guidelines provided on the official Second Life™ website regarding use of the Product.


This Agreement is governed by The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 1998. Violations of copyright will be pursued pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive or EUCD and other applicable laws and treaties.
